3.1 Measure A Requirements
Measure A requires HSH to publish an annual evaluation agenda that: - Considers recommendations from the Executive Committee for Regional Homeless Alignment (ECRHA) - Consults with County agencies and departments - Produces internal and external evaluations, including voices with lived experience - Measures the causal impact of Measure A investments
